On private property, no permit needed. If a unit goes on a public right-of-way, a city street, or city-owned property, the local permitting office may require one. Rules vary by city, so call the city before you book and we’ll work around whatever they tell you.

Twenty-four hours covers most orders. Same-day happens more often than you’d think, especially close to our Waxahachie yard. Big multi-unit event orders should be booked further out so we can stage the trailer and the crew.

Yes. We carry general liability and auto coverage, and we’ll send a certificate of insurance to your GC or venue on request. Ask when you book and we’ll have it over the same day.

Contractors and companies with ongoing work can be set up on net-30 terms after a short credit check. One invoice covers dumpsters and porta potties on the same site.
