What It Actually Solves
A job site is not a parking lot. The spot that made sense during excavation is the wrong spot once the slab goes down, and the wrong spot again when framing starts. Most crews either walk further and further to the unit, or four guys try to muscle it and end up with a spill and a sore back. A site mover picks the unit up, rolls it where you want it, and sets it level.

The Problem With Multi-Story Work
Once a building goes past two or three floors, the ground-level restroom stops being a restroom and starts being a fifteen-minute round trip. Crews stop using it. Productivity drops, and so does site hygiene. The answer is not more units on the ground. It is a unit on the deck where the work is happening.
How A Lift Kit Works
A steel frame brackets to the base of the restroom with a crossbar across the top. The crane hooks the frame rather than the unit itself, and a dual-hook arrangement keeps the restroom from spinning or tipping as it goes up. The unit lands upright on the deck and gets set where your superintendent wants it.

Every 7 days we pump the tank, clean the interior, and restock the paper goods. You don’t need to be on site. We have access procedures for gated and locked job sites, so service keeps happening whether you’re there or not.
Normal wear and tear is on us. Beyond that it’s tiered so you’re never guessing: light cleaning runs $100, moderate damage $150, and severe damage $200 or more. A total loss from vandalism, fire, or structural damage is billed at replacement cost, roughly $1,200 per unit. Rare, but we’d rather you know the number upfront.
On private property, no permit needed. If a unit goes on a public right-of-way, a city street, or city-owned property, the local permitting office may require one. Rules vary by city, so call the city before you book and we’ll work around whatever they tell you.
Twenty-four hours covers most orders. Same-day happens more often than you’d think, especially close to our Waxahachie yard. Big multi-unit event orders should be booked further out so we can stage the trailer and the crew.
Yes. We carry general liability and auto coverage, and we’ll send a certificate of insurance to your GC or venue on request. Ask when you book and we’ll have it over the same day.
