Three Corridors, One Service Area

Ennis Industry And The I-45 Corridor
Ennis runs three industrial parks, including a 460-acre rail-served park at the US-287 and I-45 junction, and anchors like GAF and FreshPet. A roofing-products manufacturing plant announced at $77 million adds to that. Rail-served industrial ground means long builds and big crews.
Subdivision Growth In Every Direction
Waxahachie, Midlothian, Red Oak, Ennis, Ferris, Venus and Ovilla are all absorbing rooftops. Builders need a unit per phase, repositioned as the phase moves — which we can do because we own the site mover trailers rather than renting them when a job calls.
School District Construction
Several districts across the county are working through bond programs at once, with new campuses and major renovations under way. Every one of those is a construction site on a hard school-calendar deadline.

Ennis Bluebonnet Trails
Ennis is the legislature-designated Official Bluebonnet City of Texas, with more than forty miles of mapped driving trails open through April and a festival weekend in the middle of the month. Tens of thousands of visitors spread across rural trail routes, which is a placement problem as much as a count problem.
The National Polka Festival
Ennis over Memorial Day weekend, running across multiple halls and downtown, and it passed its sixtieth year in 2026. Multi-day, multi-venue, and the venues are not adjacent — which means banks at each one and daily service between them.
Texas Motorplex
The drag strip on US-287 west of Ennis runs a packed calendar from spring through December, including national-level NHRA events and multi-day festivals. Race weekends are peak-hour events at a scale most vendors in this county are not staged for.
Scarborough Renaissance Festival

Yes, and the earlier the better. Multi-day and multi-venue events need banks at each location and daily service between them, and spring weekends in this county fill up fast. Event units are $225, ADA $275, hand wash stations $195. Twenty units or more carries a $1,000 refundable damage deposit.
Yes, and rural placements are some of the most useful work a portable restroom does. Three months or more drops the rate to $199 per 28 days per unit, and we will work out access for gated property so service happens whether anyone is there or not.
