Every 7 days we pump the tank, clean the interior, and restock the paper goods. You don’t need to be on site. We have access procedures for gated and locked job sites, so service keeps happening whether you’re there or not.
Normal wear and tear is on us. Beyond that it’s tiered so you’re never guessing: light cleaning runs $100, moderate damage $150, and severe damage $200 or more. A total loss from vandalism, fire, or structural damage is billed at replacement cost, roughly $1,200 per unit. Rare, but we’d rather you know the number upfront.
On private property, no permit needed. If a unit goes on a public right-of-way or city property, the permit responsibility falls on the site owner. We can tell you what’s typically required in your jurisdiction so you’re not caught off guard.
For construction, 24 to 48 hours is plenty for a unit or two. For events with 20+ units, give us two weeks. And during peak season, roughly April through October, book 4+ weeks out to lock in your date.
Yes. American AF Site Services carries general liability and auto insurance. Documentation is available on request, which most GCs and venues will want before you start.
For approved commercial accounts, yes. The credit application takes 2 to 3 business days to process. Once you’re set up, you’re billed on net-30 terms for every job after that.
