American AF Dumpsters is bringing straight pricing and no-BS roll-off dumpster service to Waco, Texas. We’re not live here yet — but we’re setting up soon, and you can be first in line when we drop the gate.
We built our name in Dallas–Fort Worth by doing one thing right: showing up when we say we will, charging what we quote, and hauling what you fill. Now we’re taking that same operation south down I-35 to McLennan County.
Why We’re Expanding to Waco
Waco isn’t the sleepy stop between Dallas and Austin anymore. It’s one of the fastest-moving small markets in Texas, and it’s exactly the kind of place we want a truck parked.
- A renovation and tourism boom. Chip and Joanna Gaines put Waco on the map, and Magnolia Market at the Silos now draws well over a million visitors a year. That “Fixer Upper” energy translates into real work — home renovations, flips, and remodels happening all over town.
- Baylor University. Roughly 20,000 students means constant move-outs, property turnovers, off-campus housing projects, and rental cleanouts.
- New construction across McLennan County. Large residential projects are in the pipeline, including a major development along Lake Shore Drive slated to bring roughly 1,800 new homes near the Brazos River. Where there’s construction, there’s debris — and that’s our business.
- Growth in the suburbs. Hewitt, Woodway, and Robinson are among the fastest-growing communities in the county. New builds, additions, and remodels are everywhere.
Bottom line: Waco is building, renovating, and cleaning out — and it deserves a dumpster company that treats those jobs like they matter. That’s us.
What We’ll Offer When We Launch in Waco
Same trucks. Same sizes. Same straight pricing you’d get in DFW — no junk fees, no runaround. When we go live in Waco, here’s what you’ll be able to book:
- 15-yard roll-off — small cleanouts, garage purges, single-room remodels.
- 20-yard roll-off — the workhorse for renovations, flooring, and mid-size projects.
- 30-yard roll-off — big remodels, new construction, and larger cleanouts.
- 40-yard roll-off — commercial jobs, major construction, and heavy debris volume.
We plan to serve the whole Waco area, including Hewitt, Woodway, Robinson, Bellmead, Lorena, and China Spring. If you’re near I-35 or Loop 340, you’ll be squarely in our target service zone.
