1. Services Overview

American AF Dumpster Rentals provides roll-off dumpster rental services across the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex and surrounding areas in Texas. We offer 15, 20, 30, and 40-yard dumpster containers for residential, commercial, construction, roofing, concrete, and event waste removal projects. Service availability, pricing, container sizes, and delivery timelines may vary based on your location and project requirements.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use our services. By submitting a quote request or placing an order, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the authority to agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself or the entity you represent.

3. Quotes, Orders & Pricing

All quotes provided through our Site, phone, or other communication channels are estimates and are subject to change based on actual project requirements, weight limits, debris type, location, and availability. Final pricing is confirmed at the time of booking. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice. Accepted orders are subject to our rental agreement, which may include additional terms related to weight limits, prohibited materials, rental duration, and overage charges.

4. Rental Terms & Customer Responsibilities

When renting a dumpster from us, you agree to the following:

• You will place the dumpster on a surface you own or have permission to use, and will ensure adequate space for safe delivery and pickup.
• You will not exceed the posted weight limit for your container size. Overweight loads may result in additional charges.
• You will not dispose of hazardous materials, chemicals, tires, batteries, paint, asbestos, medical waste, electronics, appliances containing refrigerants, or any materials prohibited by local, state, or federal law.
• You are responsible for any damage to private property, driveways, sidewalks, or landscaping caused by dumpster placement at your request.
• Rental periods are specified at the time of booking. Extensions may be available for an additional daily fee.
• Any permits required for dumpster placement on public property (streets, rights-of-way) are your responsibility to obtain prior to delivery.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due in accordance with the terms specified at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated during checkout. All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor. Failure to remit payment may result in additional fees, service suspension, or collection activity.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations made prior to delivery may be eligible for a full refund. Once a dumpster has been delivered, cancellations are subject to a delivery fee and any applicable rental charges. 7. Data Collection & Consent

By using our Site and submitting information through our quote request forms, contact forms, booking system, or any other data collection mechanism on the Site, you acknowledge and consent to the following:
