How Many Units Do You Actually Need?
We are not going to publish a chart that pretends every event is the same. Five numbers decide it, and once we have them we will size it in one phone call.
The Five Things That Decide It
Guest count. How many hours the event runs. Whether alcohol is served. Whether food is served. Whether you need ADA units to satisfy the venue or the permit. Change any one of those and the right answer changes with it. Alcohol in particular moves the number more than people expect.
Why A Generic Chart Gets You In Trouble
Plenty of vendors publish a one-size table. It is fine for a rough budget and it is wrong often enough to matter, because a four-hour dry corporate picnic and a four-hour beer festival with the same headcount are not the same event. We would rather ask five questions than send you a chart and let you find out at hour three.
Bring Us In Early
The best time to talk restrooms is while you are still laying out the site, not after the vendor map is locked. Placement, service truck access, and ADA reachability are all easier to solve on paper than on event day.
Book Spring And Fall Weekends Early
Texas event season concentrates hard into a handful of spring and fall weekends. Those dates go first. If your event is on one of them, get it on the calendar well ahead rather than three weeks out.

Every 7 days we pump the tank, clean the interior, and restock the paper goods. You don’t need to be on site. We have access procedures for gated and locked job sites, so service keeps happening whether you’re there or not.
Normal wear and tear is on us. Beyond that it’s tiered so you’re never guessing: light cleaning runs $100, moderate damage $150, and severe damage $200 or more. A total loss from vandalism, fire, or structural damage is billed at replacement cost, roughly $1,200 per unit. Rare, but we’d rather you know the number upfront.
On private property, no permit needed. If a unit goes on a public right-of-way, a city street, or city-owned property, the local permitting office may require one. Rules vary by city, so call the city before you book and we’ll work around whatever they tell you.
Twenty-four hours covers most orders. Same-day happens more often than you’d think, especially close to our Waxahachie yard. Big multi-unit event orders should be booked further out so we can stage the trailer and the crew.
Yes. We carry general liability and auto coverage, and we’ll send a certificate of insurance to your GC or venue on request. Ask when you book and we’ll have it over the same day.
Contractors and companies with ongoing work can be set up on net-30 terms after a short credit check. One invoice covers dumpsters and porta potties on the same site.
