Porta Potty Rental Fort WorthOut-Of-Zone, Quoted Upfront.
Fort Worth is outside our base service zone and we are not going to pretend otherwise. What you get instead is a scheduled route, a mileage number before you book, and a vendor who knows that Fort Worth does not publish a restroom count for events and OSHA does for job sites.
We Are Not A Fort Worth Company. Here Is Why That Can Still Work.
Our yard is in Waxahachie, southeast of the city. Fort Worth is outside our 20-mile base zone. Some jobs that matters for, and some it does not β here is how to tell which one you have.
You Get The Mileage Before You Book, Not On The Invoice
Past 20 miles from the yard an out-of-zone travel fee applies on top of the published $55 delivery. Fort Worth is past it. You get the actual dollar figure with the quote and it does not change afterward. If that number kills the job for you, better to know it in the first conversation than the last one.
Scheduled Work Is Where An Out-Of-Zone Vendor Wins
A long-running job site on a weekly or twice-weekly route is easy for us to run well, because the trip is planned and repeated. A same-hour emergency swap across the metroplex is not what we are best at. We will tell you which one you are asking for.
US-287 Is The Corridor
The run is US-287 northwest out of Waxahachie through Midlothian and Mansfield into southeast Fort Worth. Worth knowing before you plan around it: TxDOT’s Southeast Connector rebuild of the I-20, I-820 and US-287 interchanges is a $2.3 billion, roughly 16-mile job with an estimated 2028 completion, and it sits right on that approach.
Dumpster On The Same Site Kills The Delivery Fee
This is worth more out here than it is close to home. If we are already bringing a roll-off to your Fort Worth job, the porta potty goes out on the same truck and the $55 delivery fee comes off. One mobilization instead of two.
Fort Worth Is The Tenth Largest City In The Country And Still Adding People
The Census Bureau put Fort Worth at 1,028,117 residents as of July 1, 2025 β tenth largest in the United States, and second-largest one-year numeric increase of any U.S. city over 20,000. The construction follows the people.
3,489 Single-Family Permits In Six Months
The City’s own Development Activity Report shows 3,489 new single-family residential permits in the first half of 2026, up 12.7% over the same period in 2025. Commercial valuation ran $4.6 billion against $870.6 million a year earlier, driven by 36 new apartment buildings permitted in June alone at over $1.8 billion.
AllianceTexas
Hillwood’s 27,000-acre district up I-35W reports $18.3 billion in cumulative capital investment and 64.7 million square feet built. Alliance Westport 16 is a 1,214,969-square-foot spec building under construction with a July 2027 completion, and Alliance Gateway 70 and 71 add another 769,858 square feet, both started in March 2026.
Data Centers, And The Pause On Them
CyrusOne broke ground in April 2025 on a 200-megawatt campus about seven miles northwest of downtown. Worth knowing if you are bidding this space: on August 11, 2026 the City Council voted unanimously to start a 90-day moratorium on data center construction, with the moratorium itself taking effect February 16, 2027 and projects with zoning already submitted or approved exempt.
Texas A&M-Fort Worth And The $845 Million Bond
The Research and Innovation Building broke ground downtown on August 5, 2026 with a 2029 completion. Separately, voters approved an $845 million city bond on May 2, 2026 β $511.48 million of it for streets and mobility, $185.14 million for parks. Street work moves down the alignment, which is what our site mover trailers exist for.
Walsh And Rock Creek Ranch
Walsh, on the far west side, is 7,200 acres with more than 15,000 homes expected at build-out over several decades. Rock Creek Ranch runs 1,756 acres along 1.7 miles of Chisholm Trail Parkway with 3,800 single-family homes planned. Builders on ground like that want a unit per phase that moves when the phase moves.
Panther Island And The Convention Center
Panther Island’s 1.5-mile bypass channel had Army Corps bids due in May 2026 with contractor selection slated for September. Downtown, Phase 2 of the convention center is a $606 million job targeted for early 2030 with the facility staying open throughout. Both are long-duration, high-headcount work.
Fort Worth Pricing: Call For A Quote
Fort Worth sits outside our Dallas, Ellis and Navarro County published-price zone, so we quote it by the job — unit count, service schedule and mileage, all in one number before you book. Our in-zone rates are published in full on one page.

We went through Chapter 20 and the City’s own Outdoor Events guidelines looking for a restroom formula. There is not one. That is genuinely useful to know before you plan an event here.
No Ratio, No Table, No Count
Fort Worth’s outdoor events ordinance requires an event site plan showing where the portable toilets go, and requires compliance with sanitation and sewage disposal facility requirements. It does not publish a number per attendee, an ADA share, or a hand wash requirement. The City reviews your site plan; it does not hand you a table. That makes unit count a planning decision, and it makes a vendor who knows the industry sizing convention worth having.
Placing Units Is Itself A Permit Trigger
An Outdoor Events Permit is required for all events on public property that use portable toilets, among other triggers, and for private-property gatherings over 500 attendees. The flat permit fee is $300. Deadlines run 210 days out for 2,500-plus in the Downtown Outdoor Events District, 120 days for events of 500 or more, and 60 days for parades, walks, runs and races under 500.
On Job Sites, OSHA Sets The Number
This is the flip side. For construction in Fort Worth the count is federal: 29 CFR 1926.51 gives one facility at 20 or fewer employees, one toilet seat and one urinal per 40 workers at 20 or more, and one per 50 at 200 or more. Texas rules add a hand-washing facility for every two toilets. Tell us your headcount and we will size it against the standard rather than guessing.
The Calendar Worth Bidding
The Stock Show and Rodeo runs 23 days in January and February at Will Rogers and Dickies Arena and has drawn over a million. The Cowtown Marathon brings roughly 28,000 runners to Will Rogers at the end of February. MAIN ST. Arts Festival takes 18 downtown blocks in April, Mayfest fills 33-acre Trinity Park around 200,000 strong, Fort Worth’s Fourth runs at Panther Island Pavilion, and Oktoberfest returns to Trinity Park in late September.

Fort Worth Questions
The things people here actually ask before they book.
For scheduled work, because the trip is planned and the price is fixed before you book. For a long-running job site on a weekly or twice-weekly route, distance is a line item we quote and then hold. If what you need is a same-hour swap across the metroplex, a yard closer to you will serve you better and we will say so.
Beyond 20 miles from our Waxahachie yard an out-of-zone travel fee applies on top of the published $55 delivery. Fort Worth is past that radius. You get the actual number with your quote, in writing, before you commit.
The City does not publish a count. Chapter 20 requires a site plan showing where units go and compliance with sanitation requirements, but there is no per-attendee ratio, no ADA share and no hand wash requirement written into the ordinance. Give us headcount, hours and whether you are serving alcohol and we will size it to industry convention. The City’s Office of Outdoor Events is the final word on your permit.
OSHA 1926.51 sets it: one facility at 20 or fewer employees, one toilet seat and one urinal per 40 workers at 20 or more, one per 50 at 200 or more. Texas rules require one hand-washing facility per two toilets. Twice-weekly service runs an additional $120 a month and is usually the right call on a high-headcount site in a Texas summer.
Yes. Fort Worth is quoted by the job, and we quote long-term rates for placements of three months or more. On the kind of multi-year work going on at Alliance, downtown and the bond street program, that is the rate that matters more than the delivery fee.
Yes. We own single and dual site mover trailers, so repositioning on the same site is a scheduling question and a published $75 per move rather than a favor. On a linear job like a street rebuild, that is the difference between a restroom that follows the crew and one that does not.
