Every other restroom trailer bidding your Waxahachie wedding is being towed down from somewhere else. Ours sleeps at our yard on Old Hwy 287. Four private suites, flush toilets, running water, air conditioning and heat, and 200 gallons of fresh water on board so the venue does not need a spigot.
Waxahachie did not become a wedding market by accident. The 1897 Ellis County Courthouse that James Riely Gordon built on the square, six National Register historic districts, and the Victorian gingerbread carpentry that gave the town its nickname all sit thirty miles south of Dallas. Places in the Heart and Tender Mercies were both filmed here.
Our yard is inside the city. There is no travel line on a Waxahachie quote because there is nothing to travel. On a Saturday when the schedule is tight, the difference between a vendor across town and a vendor coming from Fort Worth is the difference between a calm morning and a phone call.
The Springs in Waxahachie seats up to 300. Willow Creek’s main hall seats 300. The Abbey Estate runs up to 300 across five acres. The Graily seats 250 and the Ellis County Event Center 300. Every one of them publishes what the property holds. None of them publishes how many fixtures serve it. That gap is the entire reason this trailer exists.
Not four stalls behind one door. Four separate rooms, each with its own lock, light, flush toilet and sink. On a 250-guest reception the line at the end of the toast is the thing people remember, and four doors clear it four times as fast as one.
Chautauqua Auditorium has been standing in Getzendaner Memorial Park since 1902 and seats 2,500. Anything on city ground, or anything that closes a street downtown, goes through the City’s event process. We will place units wherever the City approves and give you the paperwork for the file.
Waxahachie runs a real event calendar for a city of fifty thousand, and most of it lands outdoors.
Friday, July 3, 2026 — the 28th annual — at the Waxahachie Sports Complex on Broadhead Road, free, with the concert at 7:30 and fireworks at 9:15. A city facility on the hottest weekend of the year, which is exactly when air conditioning stops being a luxury.
Saturday, October 24, 2026, nine to seven, across historic downtown. More than 200 booths filling the courthouse square and ten-plus downtown stages, billed as the largest one-day arts, music and food festival in Texas. Street closures mean the City’s permit process regardless of headcount.
June 6 and 7, 2026, run by the Ellis County Museum — six historic homes open for tours. Private property rather than public, and the kind of event where a trailer parked discreetly beats a row of plastic units in front of a Victorian.
Scarborough Renaissance Festival has run on FM 66 since 1981, weekends from early April through Memorial Day. The Ellis County Livestock Show and Rodeo runs March 27 through April 4, 2026, with PRCA-sanctioned rodeo nights. Long runs and early mornings both change the service schedule.
Full build sheet — tank capacities, dimensions, power, weight — plus interior photos and a calculator that runs your guest count and hours against published code tables to tell you whether four suites is enough. All of it on the main trailer page rather than repeated here.
See Specs & Size Your EventWe went through the City’s Host an Event requirements looking for one. There is not one — and knowing that before you plan is worth more than a vendor guessing at it.
The City defines a special event as 250 or more expected attendees, or a festival, concert, parade or public celebration, or any street, lane, sidewalk or trail closure regardless of how many people come, or alcohol sales, food trucks and vendors, or amplified sound, staging, tents and fencing.
The documentation can include a traffic control plan, proof of liability insurance, liquor liability insurance, temporary food permits and trash mitigation and cleanup plans. Restrooms are not mentioned. There is no count, no ratio, no ADA share and no handwashing requirement published.
That is not a loophole, it is a responsibility. Tell us guest count and hours and we will size it against the published tables neighbouring cities do use, so you have a defensible number for your file rather than a shrug. Our sizing tool runs those numbers for you.
The trailer handles the guests you want it to handle. For overflow, vendors, crew, or the ADA units a permitted event requires, we run standard portable restrooms and hand wash stations off the same yard — and roll-off dumpsters if the site needs those too.
Fill out the form and we’ll get right back to you with your price and the soonest delivery date. Prefer to talk it through? Call us. A real person picks up.
Your quote request is in. We’ll reach out fast with your price and delivery date. Need it sooner? Call (214) 225-5865.
Our yard is in the city, so Waxahachie itself carries no travel charge. Everything else gets quoted before you book.
Somewhere not on this list? Call it in — we travel further for a long-term placement than we do for a Saturday. See the full trailer page.
The things planners and contractors here actually ask before they book.
Yes. Our yard is on Old Hwy 287 and that is where the trailer sits between jobs. For a Waxahachie wedding there is no travel charge, because there is nothing to travel.
It depends on hours more than headcount. Four private suites serve four people at once with no shared bay. Our sizing tool on the main trailer page runs your guest count and event length against published code tables and tells you whether four suites covers it.
No. We looked. The City’s special event requirements cover traffic control, insurance, food permits and trash mitigation, and say nothing about restrooms. The permit itself is triggered at 250 attendees, or by any street closure at any size.
No. The trailer carries a 200-gallon fresh water tank and runs off it. A pasture, a field or an open lot works. It also has a city water connection if a hose is available and you would rather not think about refills.
Weekend delivery and pickup are normal for us, not an exception. Tell us when the venue lets you in and when you have to be clear, and we will build the schedule around that.
Yes, and on a big guest list you probably should. We run porta potties, ADA units and hand wash stations off the same yard, so the trailer serves your guests and standard units carry overflow, vendors and crew.
Four private suites, flush toilets, running water, A/C and heat — from a yard inside the city limits. Tell us the date and the venue and you will have a number.
